There is some cutting that needs to be done inside the blaster where the dart is pushed into the barrel(muzzle piece). There are no instructions but the pictures show how the parts will look inside the blaster. I don't know the fps I'm getting but its shooting much harder than the nexus pro, possibly around 500fps, I'm not sure. The shipping was fast, great service.
