The seller cancelled my order the following day and issued me a refund. When an item is listed as NEW, it should actually be NEW. Otherwise it should be listed as USED or REFURBISHED.

The only downside is that I got a dud, the printhead wasn't printing properly and kept leaving pools of ink on the edge of the papers. But I contacted the seller right away with photos showing how it had failed to print properly, and they gave me a full refund. The Customer service was great and that says a lot.

I had an issue with this TPM 1.2 module and the seller want above and beyond trying to help me and resolve the issue. Not sure if DoA or compatibility problem with my motherboard (MSI X58M), but after doing all the diagnosing as advised by the seller, I got promptly refunded.
