The motor fitting process was fiddlier than expected but after installation the main problem was lack of traction (i.e. wheel spins, and hence not a motor problem) rather than a fundamental lack of power. Low speed performance is good but not excellent. The bottom line is that a vehicle that was inoperable, now moves smoothly under power.
