In fact, the only contact I had was my daily emails to complain and their irrelevant responses. To add insult to injury, after each email I would get a "Your Ticket Has Been Closed, How Would You Rate Our Service."

Contacted seller...said they would sent replacement at no charge to me. Kept in contact via E-bay messaging informing me of what was going on with my replacement part. Communication was top-notch. Would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!!!
