Needed to update the firmware as the connection was always unstable. Having it to connect to wifi, then connecting to bluetooth would turn off the wifi connection for me. Once firmware is updated, everything is working properly. Very annoying voice prompts, no way to disable it. Had to put a tape over it as it would accidentally pick up words.

Printer will not connect to my iPad Pro or android phone because my network is 5G. I think it will only connect if your wireless is 2.4Ghz. No big deal but would not hurt to list that as such. I like the flash drive they included with the drivers. Nice touch.

Though the package arrived quickly, I only received the labels with no printer. I contacted the seller for more information about the whereabouts of the printer, but they NEVER replied after a WEEK! I filed a return form since I assumed they forgot to send a printer that I paid $85 for, but then suddenly the printer arrived, so I cancelled the form. It works just fine, but any communication from the seller whatsoever would've been nice!
