Shipping box was tight to item delivered with no insulation however, so if delivery person had been rough the new and sealed box set could've been damaged. For almost $200 bucks and shipping would've liked to not sweat about it/ have a sigh of relief. Thankfully not so no stars docked but worth considering to distinguish yourselves long-term. Overall pleased. & 11yr old for Christmas about to lose his mind ha. Cheers to everyone at Sky City!

I wasn't expecting the parcel so soon, because it was shipped from Malaysia to Reunion, an island lost somewhere in the Indian Ocean! The parcel was packed very carefully. The quality of the DVD pack from the Ghibli Studio was as described, in perfect condition. To top it all I didn't have any customs taxes to pay. All in all it was a good value, with minimal shipping fees (about 5 euros). Thanks for the service.

Product is just as expected, very happy with it - also the fact that it had a whole picture when opening the box was amazing.
