Seller advised to wash it, I did, and the defects are the same, not cleaning off. At that point the seller stopped communicating and was silent until eBay stepped in. Seller does not seem to have any quality control to make sure you are getting a good product they make, Seller does not stand behind their product. Seller refused to provide a label or even communicate past the only communications we had about the defects on the roller. I was never able to use it and had to throw it away. The embossing surface was bad and would not leave an even imprint. Seller was contacted about the problem the same day I received it. They never replied to me past the first 24 hours. This seller is flat out lying about the situation.

They we're rude and accused me of being a person that sets sellers up .I gave them a dressing down and put them in their place and they said sorry they didn't mean it. Contacted the seller and that person said I had ordered 'SKUxxxxx' - this was one item from the set. I was not happy with this as the title was misleading and therefore, I did not get what I was expecting. I advised the seller I wish to return the item for a full refund. Instead of issuing a return label, the seller does not wish to give me a refund - the seller is refusing to honour the returns policy.
