I contacted the seller to inform them. I did not request a refund - as the card was immediately put it the outside bin. No apology - but the seller requested proof. The claims from the original email correspondence to this feedback have changed. Do you know what fraud actually means? It is illegal action to obtain profit. I did not refuse to supply a photograph - infact look at my feedback!!! Just admit it - you sent out a card with a piece of snot inside. Dont blame the customer for your lack of hygene BAD/UNCLEAN SELLER

Item was securely packaged and, as a result, was undamaged during shipment. Buyer appreciated the conscientiousness and communication from the seller. But the packaging the seller uses which is a thin cardboard and paper envelope & photo in a thin plastic sleeve means that you are taking a risk with the post on whether it will arrive in good condition or not. I have purchased other items from this seller and they have arrived ok but this time the postal machines bent my photo and created stress marks on the image. Not bad enough damage for refund apparently and no replacement available.

Packaging may need some improvement as mail carrier creased it (again) which is disappointing. Not seller's fault though.
