Yes states no returns (big red flag for a new product my mistake for purchasing), I strongly recommend you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER you will be disappointed as I am, all I asked was for contact ??? NOT HAPPY

The cut of the shoulder is shaped to fit the wider shoulder of a male wearer, and has an unflattering bulge when worn by a woman. I've altered it and now it looks great - but it shouldn't be advertised as a women's jacket.
