  The Marks and Spenser Harvest Coffee Cafetiere arrived a day earlier than expected using Royal Mail tracking which meant we were able to track it, helped by regular updates. It was expertly packed with the item surrounded with packing foam ensuring it did not get damage and was delivered exactly as described which was in excellent condition. I thought the price paid, was excellent value for this item and would not have any hesitation in using this seller again for any similar product.

  It’s arrived! Finally after Parcel Force had delayed it by a couple of days, stating they’d attempted delivery, with no sign of them ever approaching the door. But on to the item. The item was listed as used, but this has to be one of the most well looked after jugs over ever seen, it’s pristine. It’s better than described. It was well packaged, within multiple layers of wrap and cardboard. For its age, it’s been well priced considering it’s quite niche.

  This item arrived in good time, extremely well packed to avoid breakages. It was a bit like pass the parcel unwrapping it, so many layers of protective packaging. The items arrived undamaged, obviously, and as described. The items were also good value for money. All round a good buying experience, would definitely recommend this seller.
