However I was sent a video and offered a call for advice and assistance and following on had a video call with Ghanharva who very diligently talked me through the process and diagnosis of the issue. My harmonium is fully functional and aside from my bad playing sounds incredible! The codintion is perfect, having been wrapped very well in bubble wrap inside & outside the box with consideration to the skin also. The sound of the dholak has a beautiful note (once tuned) though the only negative was that the spanner supplied was incorrect. I definitely recommend Bharat Culture to everyone! The communication was prompt & honest & great value for money. I had doubts, but you exceeded expectations.
