Also, the return address was the shipping department in Columbus, Ohio. This necklace has made the rounds of the country. The only advice I have for Jewelry Merci is to use USPS or UPS instead of ZDA Express for a more direct shipping. Also, communication with customers should be paramount but was not. I messaged her 3 times and never heard one word back. Once she shipped it was not her problem.
