He left a snarky reply about how I should not expect the packaging to be pristine. I know that. I worked in the USPS, retired. I’ve seen how mail is sorted. A plain envelope (in order for him to pay the cheapest shipping which I paid $12 shipping for) is ridiculous. It at the very least needs a padded envelope. Not an envelope for letters.
