    What a lovely transaction with such a kind and efficient seller! I could not be at home for the first two attempted deliveries, so I rearranged for Royal Mail to drop to local PO. They lost it. After a month of trying they couldn't find it. I notified the seller alerting to the situation and she addressed it immediately - found more of the items and sent them that same evening at no charge and it arrived so fast, I thought it was another delivery! *Phenomenal* service, a genuine pleasure. A*!

Honestly, if you had been in charge of Royal Mail, the parcel would’ve arrived with a cup of tea and a fanfare 😄 Thank you for being so patient and lovely through the whole postal plot twist. If every buyer were this kind, I’d send out parcels wrapped in glitter and compliments. A total joy to deal with – 11/10 would happily get lost in the mail again just to chat! 💌📦✨
