When the item arrived the customer display pole was short shipped and it's not the one showing on the picture, the base for the pole is missing 😔. I couldn't get the POS to work had to download one 😠. The monitor very big and bulky. Further you were offered a $9 base extension for your convenience, as a separate listing in my store. Still available. HP monitor - Happy the item is of good use to you.

So I had to use a shoe box put my cash in, overall the package was well secured.
