I did not receive it until 15 days after ordering. The delay was an issue since I originally ordered this as a birthday gift but that has now changed to a Christmas gift. A notification of the delay would have been appreciated. The ‘Contact Seller’ feature certainly helped me to converse about details of the item not necessarily covered by the original listing. The seller cooperated in taking additional pictures, of the unit’s interior, and posting them to the chat while answering follow-up questions. Unfortunately, the seller did not have the ability, presumably source equipment, to connect and “test” the equalizer.
