Vendor apologised and sent link for free returns label. I have decided to keep the tag and gift it to someone. Vendor answered my message promptly re inadvertently sending wrong item (pen holder and luggage tag look very similar in design but not function so I can see how mistake occurred). No harm done. Otherwise, well wrapped in padded envelope and very quick dispatch.
