The quality and condition of the circuit board looks great and it was well protected in the shipping box. I am waiting for warmer weather to install the circuit board in my hot tub but everything looks perfect so far. And, they also flat out refused to take the used pump they sent me. We DID also accept the return, and lost a lot of money because they gave a false reason for the return which wasn't fair but none the less they got a full refund. Sellers lose when buyers make false claims, but we stood behind what we sold and we were the only losers and got bad feedback!
