The item smelt appalling and showed many hairs - the seller made no apology but said that the item had been washed and admonished my ending the communication with “Yours faithfully”. I don't normally reply to feedback. The buyer tried to blame me for where Yodel had delivered the parcel. I did explain that I had no power over this. The buyer then complained about the item looking for a partial refund. The item was already sold at a very reasonable price and I explained that all our items are laundered prior to listing and then stored in cellophane bags so I couldn't understand the complaint. They then went silent and this review is the result.
