And, they also flat out refused to take the used pump they sent me. We DID also accept the return, and lost a lot of money because they gave a false reason for the return which wasn't fair but none the less they got a full refund. Sellers lose when buyers make false claims, but we stood behind what we sold and we were the only losers and got bad feedback!
