As to your comments - the listing was clear regarding flat rate shipping on this item - I cannot use "stamps" to mail an item like this on eBay, tracking is required. There was no indication it would go through any method of shipping other than USPS. The listing was also clear that this was for a pack of 8 tattoos - that is what you received, the exact item that was pictured and described.
