No matter; the handle is still usable and the saucepan is still serviceable at a reasonable price. Packaging was very good, delivered on time. The only down side is the packaging was not very secure. The box had worn open at the edge, item was in the box loosely and could have come out of the opening. Luckily the item condition was perfectly fine. So I would recommend protecting the item with bubble wrap and reinforce box or use smaller box to prevent crushing. Otherwise good transaction.
