I had to take initiative to start the process and prod the seller to get moving on this delay. Poor customer service IMO but leaving positive feedback because the item did arrive 15 days after I bought it and is “as described”. Sometimes the USPS has issues but the seller only got involved AFTER I pushed the issue and this wasted a week of time on a time sensitive delivery.
