UPS delivered the box in rough shape ,but when I opened the box, the item was not damaged because the seller added enough protection around the fragile item. Seller's communication was great. Unfortunately, his store was impacted by the LA fires& inventory was impacted. He was able to update me on supply & when UPS gave conflicting information on tracking, the seller was able to give me the correct information.Black Tai Salt Co.
