The crest itself was in very good condition, but the necklace came broken, but it wasn't particularly hard to fix. I just ended up putting the crest on a keychain, and kept the necklace for future use. The crest was good value for the price I paid and appeared exactly as it was one the listing.

They asked me if the address on file was best for shipping to, and I said since they asked that they could send it to another address I felt better to send it to. After I wrote back, they sent it out and then apologized a few days later saying they didn't see the message?? The clip was cheaply made, hanging off of the comb and not securely attached to the butterfly. Sad about this order.
