I have not contacted the seller about it because i can source those from where i work at an e-waste facility. Extremely satisfied with this in my homelab. Sata/SAS drives (any 2.5”) all work (In windows 11 as regular drives) in IT mode with 9720-8e lsi card. Fans are loud, its datacenter tech. A+++.

Description made it easy to know what SAS drives I needed for my JBOD, which was really helpful as this is a new hobby for me and I know very little about it. My JBOD machine came working perfectly and the condition and quality of appearance is fantastic, and it even came with all 25 drive caddies!! Absolutely won’t be the last time buying from this seller!!
