I received the item in the OEM box that has the correct part number on it. But, the item inside is not the correct one. I messaged back and forth with the issue and the seller played dumb and would not answer why this happened. They finally blamed Toyota but would not fix the issue. Stupid decision on there part as I own several toyotas. But seeing the seler looks to be located in the UA, what should we expect.

Part was not damaged, but the aluminum cover sharp edges tool their toll on the very robust box. If parts are going to be transported around the world a few times, bubble wrap isn’t enough for machined surfaces to not penetrate through. Long transit time…13 days…
