They are extremely courteous, efficient, and respond very quickly to any queries that one might have. I bought a pearl necklace and it arrived both beautifully packaged (in a lovely silk bag). I noticed that the pearls are strung properly i.e. with knots between each pearl. They are also quite heavy. My only comment would be to advise checking the colour if you wish to order the golden pearls- as I did. My necklace is more a strong buttery yellow than gold.
