The belts (I ordered two of them) are great...elasticated but not too much, and of course, as other reviewers have mentioned, there are no specific holes and the buckle can be positioned anywhere. I guess I was dreaming, thinking that a belt would enable me to dispense with the braces to hold my trousers up, but sadly one needs a bit of a waistline to hang a belt on as well, and my waistline disappeared years ago. I may need to slim - lol.
