I do believe that if the SOFT package was shipped in a BOX, that it wouldn't of arrived damaged. The seller was tentative with communication, and as I said earlier... I did get refunded ! Hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Seller provided out of context example of why my ask was unreasonable (being made whole).
