I had a long email discussion with them about some seeds. the person I wrote with did everything he could to avoid and give me the money back or send new seeds. However, we resent the seeds when the buyer indicated that they were not satisfied with the germination rate. Indeed, we asked for information on the method they used to sow the seeds, as the method and timing of sowing can affect germination. Based on this information, we could have provided guidance on how to sow the resent seeds to achieve better results.
