I made sure that they were told to test the phone for the issue I was having before sending it back. Both times immediately upon receiving the phone back it was still not working. I had to pay for the shipping twice because they didnt fix the issue and was given assurances that it was working. Good luck with getting any responses from them and not getting the run a round. This is my sons phone and now after spending over $300 dollars we h
- _***f (103)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufWhat a joke this place is, their communication sucks, and their skills dont go far beyong a 12 year old with his first soldering gun. also take vids and pics of your item BEFORE you ship it, i sent them a iphone 14 pm with fully working no defect lcd oem screen and they wrote me back hammering into me about screws and the fact the lcd screen had a "defect" which is interesting as it was fully functional when mailed. in the end i had them send it back and bought a new motherboard. !!AVOID!!

AT&T cut off my service after a couple days because the phone was not paid off, it was a useless brick. I asked the seller if he can resolve the issue for me, so i can keep the phone. The seller messaged me once saying "I will contact AT&T about it." and i never heard from them again. I returned the phone. Horrible communication, very frustrating transaction. Be aware

During shipment, USPS fumbled the package, sending it to another state, but thankfully after a missing mail search, the item arrived 2 days later. The seller packaged the item with enough packing to withstand USPS's negligent handling. The package was dented badly on one corner, but because the seller used adequate packing materials, it held up! No damages, great laptop. Thank you!
