There were a few delays (possibly exacerbated due to the season), but I received the machine roughly three weeks after placing my order. I reached out to the seller asking for an update and I received excellent communication and a follow-up a few days later informing me that the computer would ship soon with a free laptop bag in consideration for the delay. The machine was exactly what I ordered, clean, and in good working order. Overall I'm pleased.
