It was sealed around the whole cap with the dotted seal that you had to break away and peel off in order to get the top cap off. There is no way anyone could tamper with the product without removing and breaking the entire seal. I'm not sure if you only ordered from me or bought from multiple sellers. I don't see how its possible that the seal could have been broken during the shipping process.
