When I followed up with the seller as to the reason for the delay, they immediately cancelled the order. A full refund was issued promptly, but I needed this item urgently and did not appreciate the delay and subsequent cancellation. I was not kept well informed by the supplier as to any issues they may be having and was consequently inconvenienced.
