It's beautiful and I'm so excited to begin using it and exploring all the features of the camera (I got the XM-5). The camera shipped so fast despite it appearing that the shop was on vacation which was so nice, unexpected, and much appreciated. If I ever want another camera I'll for sure check out Rayna's Toyhouse first!

The only problem is the delivery man! 2days delayed because he didn’t knock or call me when he delivered it on Saturday, he immediately put a notice on my door, they delivered it on my door without signing anything 🤷🏻♀️

Unfortunately the shipping took almost a week to come from NJ to upstate NY. The camera and lens were wrapped like they were new, as advertised. It came with a US Warranty card and the seller provided a copy of his original purchase receipt of 5 of them for resale. I knowingly paid a little more bc this model camera is new and impossible to find at retail. Camera appears to work as design thx

The wrong 4K steelbook was accidentally shipped but when I contacted the seller he immediately sent my Superman steelbook with a return label so I can send back the other item.
