It was truly disappointing. The seller did reply quickly to my messages and shipped the item promptly, but since it was probably the cheapest shipping option, it still took about ２ months to arrive.. I contacted Apple for repair, but the cost was extremely high. Even if it was an “OPEN BOX” item, I wish the seller had checked the condition before hand. The worst online s hopping ever.
