  A shipping label was "created" and tracking info provided, BUT... After several days of waiting for the item to actually be shipped the order was canceled by the seller. They contacted me to let me know they found it was broken as they were packaging it to ship (highly unlikely). A refund was promptly processed. Afterall is said and done it was just a minor waste of time and moved on to another seller. Thumbs Down on the item cancellation, Thumbs Up on the quick refund.

  Item was well packaged, shipped quickly and at a very good price. Only concern after receiving part was that the item description was "open box" condition, meaning an unused part not in original packaging/documents/etc. Part was clearly a take off from a used machine listing the model and serial number of the unit it was removed from. Honestly, that is what I was expecting based on the pictures and the price. Regardless, the part was the correct one that I needed and works perfectly. 5 stars.
