The listing was misleading, and I felt totally let down. I did receive a refund eventually, but there was no offer to replace the item or even acknowledge the inconvenience this caused. I expected better communication and accountability. These were sent as described at 1.00 strength. The glasses were marked with that strength. I responded back to the message that day, and sent them a prepaid return label. They threatened me with negative feedback and then asked for an exchange. I will not deal with buyers who abuse and extort the feedback policy. I sent the refund as soon as I picked it up from the post office. Been selling since 2001 and my positive feedback about quality speaks for itself.
