There was rust pit and oxidation all over the chrome as well as the lens was foggy at best. I had to spend a couple hours and elbow grease to as well as knowledge of how to restore what the pictures gave the impression of a ready to install part. Also got lucky and managed to bend the chrome back into shape to fit the vehicle without harming the finish or breaking it off.
