AT&T cut off my service after a couple days because the phone was not paid off, it was a useless brick. I asked the seller if he can resolve the issue for me, so i can keep the phone. The seller messaged me once saying "I will contact AT&T about it." and i never heard from them again. I returned the phone. Horrible communication, very frustrating transaction. Be aware

The seller packaged the item with enough packing to withstand USPS's negligent handling. I made sure that they were told to test the phone for the issue I was having before sending it back. Both times immediately upon receiving the phone back it was still not working.
