The reel in the 1st picture was not damaged as bad as the 2nd reel. The 2nd & 3rd pictures are of the 2nd reel that is damaged beyond being able to be used. The 4th picture is the box that it came in with the parts that were broken off in the bottom of the box. I look forward to your response so we can get this matter resolved. Vicki and Ron Pearson
