Shipping was good through Fed Ex, but I was surprised the seller made my signature required for an item under $400. I missed delivery twice due to work and had to have Fed Ex hold it at their nearest store 25 miles away. Still happy to get the unit safely eventually.

It was well protected, then packed again is a bigger box with much more padding. Probably overpadded, over packed. Fedex was an ok choice .. glad it was not UPS ... USPS might have been a little cheaper, and a smaller box might have helped. Consider Pirate ship to lower cost. Both devices turned on, displayed info, and read disks. Decent value except shipping cost. As described.

It was only in a clear plastic bag. It was not protected in the box it was shipped in. This is not a deal breaker for me.
