There was no such description so I sent an e-mail asking why state it was damaged if this was in the original advert. The reply was that it was captured in the picture, which it was not. The company is not registered in companies house. SLANDER. Not a word of truth in it. I messaged the buyer to remind him of small damage related to the box as per description. That was it. Buyer completely makes up a story about the item being damaged, my replies, pictures, etc. He claims to have looked up my company and my address and implies they are fake. Pure madness. Regardless, how is that is in any way, shape or form relevant to the transaction? Embarrassing.
