The price was better than other sellers and an agreed upon offer was quick. You made an offer, for a significantly lower price that the item with the box. I have specifically replied and told you that I would accept the offer, but without a box. You accepted the counter offer, I shipped you the item (which... you accepted...) and in the end you tell the world that I did not send you what I advertised.
