The seller responded to me, within minutes, with a full refund and an apology. You can't ask for more than that. Had the piece not been broken during shipping, it was as described and a good value. Seller was amazing. I'm still shocked at how quickly and thoroughly they handled the situation. The seller was very responsive about combining shipping, which saved about 1/2. The trophies are very fragile and were very carefully wrapped, padded and boxed for shipping. I'm very happy with them.

Another glass has a small black line mark that indicated a small crack. Seller gave me a quick and generous refund for the damaged glasses. She was super nice and easy to work with.
