Some modifications were needed due to unit housing not lining up directly with the OEM mounting handwear. I had to drill OEM mounting plate holes in order to line up with the holes of this mounting system. I also had to fix the female ( Black/Negative) connecting wire within the harness to properly plug into the trucks male OEM wiring harness. RTV needed to properly seal this unit because it doesn't line up with truck body lines.
