It appears to be constructed of quality material and gives identical appearance of the OEM seat bottom. During installation, it became apparent that one of the plastic clip on the left side of the seat wasn't there. There are two clips on each side and it is the rear clip that is not sewn on the seat bottom. I hope it will not give problems later down the road. Otherwise, it was installed without problems.
