I am able to feel the quality of this plush, as it is firm and also has a soft velvety touch. The only issue I have, and I will have to go to someone to restitch and redo, is the eyebrows were not placed correctly and do not match what is shown in the sellers image of the product. The left eyebrow is where the right eyebrow should be & vice versa. Before buying ask seller to video chat to be sure
