Only negative is that the four holes are not the same size as the original (smaller) and so you cannot use the OEM bolts which are specially designed to accommodate rubber seals which reduce vibration and hence longevity. Also the bolts supplied whilst the same length as the original are too long when used alone. I plan to drill the holes out slightly to accommodate the original bolts
